Taggiasca olives 65%, Italian extra virgin olive oil 20%, anchovy fillets, capers, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, oregano, ground pepper.
Ideal for spreading on croutons or bruschetta, to accompany steamed fish. On pasta, the tapenade is delicious mixed with a few tablespoons of cooking cream.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
