INGREDIENTS

Pork shank, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings. GLUTEN FREE.
Agricultural blonde beer Ticinensis 33cl produced with ingredients grown in the Ticino valley.

HOW TO COOK IT

Remove the shank from the wrapping, put it in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Ideal to serve with potatoes or salads.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
