Breadsticks with Extra Virgin Oil, cornflour and onions

In fact, in local dialect, stecchetto means matchstick, handmade. They are very thin breadsticks covered with abundant grain of corn. Products with selected ingredients of Italian origin and expertly processed by artisan bakers, the particular extremely crumbly structure combined with the crunchiness of the corn topping, characterize the product making it tasty and fragrant, suitable as a substitute for bread and as a snack. The recipe, providing for the exclusive use of extra virgin olive oil or olive oil of Italian origin without the addition of other fats, ensures that the product is cholesterol-free, without GMOs, without hydrogenated fats and, for the classic product on request also organic.
