INGREDIENTS

Red onions, sugar, orange peel, raisins, lemon juice.

PAIRINGS

This preserve is ideal with mature and strongly flavoured cheeses, although it also goes well with roast meats such as duck breast or lamb chops, or even with fish, such as tuna carpaccio.
It pairs well also in the kitchen as an ingredient, for example, with a chicken liver salade.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
