Cooked Ham worked with the ancient recipe. Intense aroma and true flavor of the past, never too spicy. To make this cooked ham, selected fresh thighs are selected - without spin, that is without the last part of the leg which is more nervous in cooked ham - without walnut, that is without the side part which is too dry for cooked ham.  It has the right amount of fat, necessary to make it sweet and soft, but never excessive. Suitable for celiacs and intolerant to milk.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Pork leg, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings, natural, spices. Antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250. Gluten and lactose-free.

HOW IT'S MADE

It is a ham still made today as it once was: left to rest so that it takes salt and aromas very slowly: the meat is thus not stressed. No jellies and thickeners are used to make the various muscles of the ham compact.

PAIRINGS

Use for cutting boards with cold cuts as well as for toast, sandwiches, stuffed focaccia, etc. The Antica Ricetta cooked ham can perfectly constitute a complete and appetizing second course and above all you will find it extremely digestible.

STORAGE

In the fridge at 4°C / 8°C.

FORMAT

About 100 g thinly sliced, vacuum packed. When opening the vacuum bag, let it breathe for 10 minutes before consuming.
