HOW IT'S MADE
It is a ham still made today as it once was: left to rest so that it takes salt and aromas very slowly: the meat is thus not stressed. No jellies and thickeners are used to make the various muscles of the ham compact.
Use for cutting boards with cold cuts as well as for toast, sandwiches, stuffed focaccia, etc. The Antica Ricetta cooked ham can perfectly constitute a complete and appetizing second course and above all you will find it extremely digestible.

About 100 g thinly sliced, vacuum packed. When opening the vacuum bag, let it breathe for 10 minutes before consuming.
