The mountain Porchetta pig is produced with pork, flavored and salted. The porchetta from mountain is a Trentino specialty produced with Italian pigs, and spiced with Trentino spices. A quality product, porchetta is baked in the oven for several hours. Tender and juicy mountain porchetta is excellent cut and tasted both hot and cold.

San Candido in Val Pusteria (Bolzano) Trentino Alto Adige - Italy.

INGREDIENTS

Pork meat, salt, potato starch, dextrose, aromatic plants, flavors, spices.

HOW IT'S MADE

The pork is cooked whole in the oven with salt spices.

Fresh.

PAIRINGS

Porchetta is excellent both hot and cold, excellent with raw vegetables and not well structured red wines. 

STORAGE

In the fridge at 4°C / 8°C.

FORMAT

About 100 g thinly sliced, vacuum packed. When opening the vacuum bag, let it breathe for 10 minutes before consuming.
