HOW IT'S MADE
The pork is cooked whole in the oven with salt spices.
Porchetta is excellent both hot and cold, excellent with raw vegetables and not well structured red wines.

About 100 g thinly sliced, vacuum packed. When opening the vacuum bag, let it breathe for 10 minutes before consuming.
