Pork, whole sea salt, E300, E250, E252.

AGING

Great seasoning and delicate smoking.

PAIRINGS

Can be tasted either by machine cut into long thin slices or by knife on a diced cutting board, but always with the addition of a good freshly ground aromatic pepper.
Its rind, used in cooking, will make every minestrone excellent and tasty pasta.

STORAGE

In the fridge at 4°C / 8°C.

FORMAT

About 100 g thinly sliced or 1 cm slice of 100 g, to cut into cubes, vacuum packed. When opening the vacuum bag, let it breathe for 10 minutes before consuming.
