INGREDIENTS

Baby onions (natural source of sulphites), food-grade purified sea water, apple vinegar, berry vinegar (concentrated blueberry juice, concentrated blackberry juice, red wine vinegar).

PAIRINGS

To be consumed in areas of sociability, aperitif. They are excellent as an appetizer, and with traditional cured meats, boiled white meats, roasts, grilled pork, fresh tuna and blue cheeses or to enrich a salad.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
