The presence of oil makes the recipe more opulent and round. Called this pickle "Aromatic", because here it is the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. to give character to the recipe, making it more gentle.

Vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, fennel, CELERY, celeriac), seawater for food use, concentrated grape juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. (4%), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil. The ingredients are steamed in order to enhance colors and structure, composed of crunchy fresh and aromatic vegetables with a characterizing presence of IGP balsamic vinegar.
Accompanies cold cuts, boiled meats, anchovies and preserved mackerel.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
