La Giardiniera di Morgan preserves all the flavor of freshly picked vegetables intact. Worked completely by hand; from the fresh a highly distinctive, artisanal, crunchy and delicious product.

Carrots, red, yellow and green peppers, cauliflower and fennel (variable quantities) with vinegar, water, sugar and natural flavors. It contains no added sulfur, no citric acid and no antioxidants.
Seasonality follows, aromas and colors may undergo slight differences from one batch to another due to the natural product available at that time.
It is ideal with all! The first and only Giardiniera that can be paired with wine! To accompany cold cuts, boiled meats, cotechini, blue fish or to be eaten simply alone. Greedy with aged hard cheeses… or simply excellent on its own!
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
