La Giardiniera di Luciana was born from the desire to create an opulent version in rich and enveloping oil, where the mixture of vegetables acquires further flavor and richness with the presence of onion and celery. All the vegetables are cut by hand, cooked separately and left to mature in sweet and sour sauce for 10 days and then put away in jars with the addition of oil.

Carrots, fennel, cauliflower, red and yellow peppers, celery, white onion (variable quantities) with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
To accompany a delicious aperitif or give personality to an appetizer of traditional cold cuts and cheeses, but it is also a delicious recipe that goes well with meat and fish...try it with baked sea bream!
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
