La Giardiniera di Giada is a colorful and delicious recipe, with a strong flavor. A very inviting symphony of chunky vegetables. The maturation takes place in a sweet and sour liquid with a savory personality. The vegetables are then preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.

Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, celery, spring onion, purple onion, green beans, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.
Excellent with traditional salami, fresh and preserved blue fish, tuna and salmon.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
