La Giardiniera di Anna is the "unusual Giardiniera", with the addition of chilli and ginger and spring onion. An appetizing and fresh recipe, with great character and aroma.

Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, spring onion, fresh peppers and ginger root, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt.
To be combined with white meats, boiled meats, blue fish and aged sheep cheeses.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge.
