in a pristine wooded mass that joins
with the Regional Park of Monte Barro: it happens
so that the fresh air of the Brianza hills
combined with that of the numerous lakes, it creates a
very special microclimate, which allows to use
less salt and no preservatives in the preparation
of this raw ham: the result is one
extraordinary sweetness, It has excellent digestibility, taste is very sweet, does not leave aftertaste.
