Produced and packaged in Cene (Bergamo), Lombardia - Italy.

INGREDIENTS

Pork, pork rind, pork belly, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings, spices.

HOW TO COOK IT

Cotechino:Immerse the sealed bag in cold water, bring to a boil and leave to cook for about 25 minutes. Remove the bag from the water, drain the natural broth formed during cooking. Serve the sliced cotechino and with lentils!

Lentils: rinse 200g of lentils, bring 800ml of water to a boil, simmer for 25-30 minutes, add salt.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
